Decks & Fences

Old decks torn out and rebuilt; wood fences put in straight.

The job

We demo tired decks down to the ground and build new ones, including raised decks a few feet off grade, and we install wood privacy fences, often right after clearing an overgrown property line. One crew, so the yard work and the build happen in the right order.

What we handle

  • Deck demolition and haul-away
  • New decks, including raised decks
  • Wood privacy fence installation
  • Fence-line clearing before install

How we approach it

For decks, we measure, sketch the layout, and talk through boards, railings, and stairs before demo day. For fences, we confirm your property line and HOA rules and get utilities marked before any post holes go in.

C&C Landscape did a fabulous job of clearing out multiple invasive and overgrown trees, leveling our backyard for grass and installing a beautiful wood fence. They were extremely responsive, timely, and checked in with us at every step along the way to ensure we were informed. We will certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend them to any friends and family!

“I had C and C rebuild my deck, they completely demo’d the old deck and built a new 20’ x 20’ deck that is up to 4’ off the ground, they did an amazing job! They were very professional and great to communicate with! Would absolutely recommend them!”
