The job
Lots of backyards around Manassas are a mix of volunteer trees, roots, bare clay, and slopes that send water the wrong way. We clear it, level it, and put grass back, so the yard drains right and the kids and dogs have somewhere to be.

How we approach it
We clear first, then grade with drainage in mind, so the new lawn doesn't end up as a puddle. Then we prep the soil and establish grass. We'll talk through seed vs. sod, and the watering that either needs, before we start.

Sod gives you a finished look right away and costs more; seed is cheaper and does best when planted in the fall here. We'll tell you which makes sense for your timing, shade, and budget.
Often, yes, within reason. Big grade changes may need a different approach. On the walk-through we'll tell you what's realistic and how we'll keep water moving away from the house.
Yes. Brush, logs, and debris from clearing are part of the job, not an extra trip you have to arrange.
